“species_list_abundance_per_site_functional_group.csv”

Description: this file contains a species list of saproxylic beetles collected in the study, with functional group classification information, and abundance per site.

species = the species’ name
group = the functional group the species was classified as. Blank indicates it was not included in a group
Site1–40 = the abundance of species at a particular site (numbered 1 to 40). Additional site information can be found in the other csv file
FIT: dates2020 = the abundance of species collected with a flight intercept trap during a sampling period of the dates listed (e.g., 9-25March2020)
SIFT: dates2020 = the abundance of species collected by sifting leaf litter during a sampling period of the dates listed (e.g., 29-30June2020)
